No experience is required for this role, training and support in-house by management and fellow team members.
Position Objective
Our Warranty Team has responsibility for assisting with the management of the daily warranty bookings of the Service Department. You will be ultimately responsible for the quality and timeliness of repairs, the efficient undertaking of warranty work, the provision of upgrades, and ensuring effective communication with customers.
Working with the Service and Sales Managers, the Warranty Advisor drives business performance through the development of an engaged and capable team. The Warranty Advisor sets a clear direction for how the area will achieve its specific goals and targets.
Key Accountabilities
- Represent the Green RV brand in a professional manner at all times.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Promote effective communication across the service area.
- Accurate forecasting and ordering of spare parts for specific work stock replacement.
- Supervise and follow up on the progress of individual repairs, registering the time taken to complete each task. Ensure that warranties are properly followed up, monitored, and documented.
- Ensure all customer work is booked in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain positive relationships with key suppliers and Head Office. Provide the broader business with the technical assistance that they require from the Workshop. Assist the Branch Manager in developing strategies for process improvement, increasing profitability, and improving the customer experience.
